Managing the IT assets of a business is most definitely a challenging task. Without the right tools in place, it becomes near impossible to accurately and consistently keep track of all your IT assets and ensure the most efficient use of them.
In today’s world, most organisations still use spreadsheets such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to manage their IT assets. Spreadsheets leave a lot of room for error, and even seemingly small errors such as spelling mistakes could be very damaging to a company in terms of its IT asset visibility and control.
